We would like to give an interesting information to
our customers in brief that how the Flat-ware
and Cutlery are made.
Items
of Spoons, Forks are manufactured with the process
of cutting and stamping tools by rolling-out the
front part of spoons, so that the material becomes
denser, as it is an important process for the
correct balance of a spoon.

Actually it makes all the difference between a good
quality and cheep product. The rolled out forms then
cut on an eccentric press and the decor are stamped
with heavy screw press. All the items are grinded by
our skilled workers to remove the stamping burr and
edge of spoon and forks, all around carefully.

Even
today all over the world, this work cannot be done
by machine, especially in the case of good quality.
The work processes differ according to flat-ware
pieces, model and quality standard. All pieces are
grinded and polished by hand. |
